Other things to note:
The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
**All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash bags. It is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for the rest of their stay should you run out.
All TVs have Disney plus, Prime, Hulu and Max
**QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM - 8AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS THEY DO HAVE TO ATTEND WORK/SCHOOL.
**High Chair can be provided for an additional fee - $10 per night
Pack n Play can be provided for an additional fee - $15 per night
In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of 30 days from the Arrival Date. If your scheduled stay is for a period of less than 30 days, you may extend your stay by paying for each additional day that you occupy the property at the same daily rate per night, payable in advance of your arrival. If you do not wish to extend your scheduled stay and vacate the Property before the end of the 30 day period, the Property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.

Location
From the airport take H1 west towards Waianae
- Take the H1 to H3. H3 goes towards Kaneohe
- Go over the mountain and exit at Kailua. The exit goes right
- At the 2nd stop light go right. This will be Oneawa Drive
- Take Oneawa through downtown Kailua. You will pass several stop lights
- At the 4th stop light go left onto Kuulei Road
- Follow Kuulei road past the firehouse and police station and make a right at the end of the road onto South Kalaheo Avenue. - You will then drive past the Kalapawai Market (Green Market) and Buzz's Steak House
- Take this road until you reach your first stop sign. Go left at the stop sign and keep the ocean on your left as you go over the hill
- You are now in Lanikai which is a one way loop. You will be on Aalapapa Drive Take your first left on to Kaelepulu Drive and Hale Maluhia will be the last house on the right before you come to Mokulua Drive. Park paralel to the garage. The front of the house faces Mokulua Drive. MISTY (808-479-2097) will give you a garage door opener so you can park in the garage and the keys to the house

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €861 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
